LOVE BACK IN COURT Rocker Courtney Love is set to stand trial in November on felony charges of illegal possession of prescription painkillers. She was back in a Beverly Hills court Thursday to set the date for trial to November third. Love is charged separately with felony assault with a deadly weapon involving a woman at a Los Angeles home. Love also has been charged in New York City with reckless endangerment in connection with a nightclub incident in which police said she hurled a microphone stand into the audience. In May, the 40-year-old Love pleaded guilty in Los Angeles to a misdemeanour count of being under the influence of cocaine and was sentenced in that case to an 18-month outpatient drug treatment program.
