B747 Boeing 747 747-8 Queen of The Skies Film 2012 - 2020 | London Stansted Airport

The Boeing 747 is known as the "Queen of the Skies". The Boeing 747-8 is the newest variant of the jumbo jet. This film shows many aircraft landings and takeoff's filmed between 2012 and 2020. During the current health lock-down pretty much the only aircraft flying overhead are cargo planes and having seen a number of Boeing 747-8's I decided to make a more ambitious 'film-like' aviation video featuring Boeing 747-8 (B747) that I have filmed between 2012 and 2020. With Atlas Air, Air Bridge Cargo, Qatar Amiri Flight, Government of Brunei, Turkish Government, Cargolux, Silkway, Panalpina, UPS and beginning with Global Supply Systems/ British Airways World Cargo. I trawled through a lot of footage and found what became my opening scene, from a flight over the top of Stansted Airport, with a BA World Cargo 747-8 pushed back, it cuts to the aircraft on the ground, into a small 'arty' title sequence and then scenes of the many liveries of the "Queen of the Skies" I've tried something a little different, to present the video with brighter, richer colours, increased sharpness and letterbox bars. I've also included some fairly 'artistic' looking shots. Bearing in mind that this is a compilation of footage over many years, I never set out with this editing style in mind, so adding it 'post production' took some time. Anyway, it allowed me to be a bit more creative. I hope you enjoy the film and thank you for watching and supporting my channel.
