COPYCAT KFC FAMOUS BOWL - OUTDOOR OMNIA OVEN COOKING

Tools used Omnia oven 2L Silicone Liner (in video, we cooked in an aluminum pan, liner will work just fine) Ingredients: 32oz (907g) Bob Evans original mashed potatoes 1 Bag 22oz (623g) Perdue breaded Chicken Breast Tenders, chopped 1 can (15.25oz or 432g) sweet corn 18 oz (510g) Heinz Chicken home-style gravy 1 bag or 8oz (226g) shredded cheddar cheese Salt & Pepper to taste Instructions: Lightly grease a silicone liner or aluminum baking dish. Start by spreading a generous layer of mashed potatoes as the base. Next, evenly distribute the chicken pieces over the mashed potatoes. For the third layer, sprinkle the corn across the dish. Pour the gravy over all the layers, letting it seep into the crevices. Finally, top everything off with a sprinkle of cheese for a delicious, melty finish. Bake at 200°F for about 45 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the cheese is fully melted. Scoop and enjoy!
