Steve Bergseng | Vietnam 101st Airborne veteran

Determined to make a career in the Army, Steve Bergseng volunteered for Vietnam in the 101st Airborne Combat Engineers. But after some close calls and terrifying moments he quickly learned Vietnam would be the death of him. Recovering downed helicopters, mine sweeping, and body recoveries were only a few of his many tasks but every one of them took a toll on him. Steve found his post-military life crumbling until he found Jesus and healing.
