Overspeeding thundering blast by Poorva Express with deadly HWH WAP-4 burns down Hajigarh!!

Date taken: March 23, 2012 Time taken: 17:00 The Legend at its adorable best!! 1 hour late running 12304 New Delhi (NDLS)- Howrah (HWH) POORVA Superfast Express (Super-Deluxe Express of yesteryear) via Patna headed by 22530 WAP-4E of HWH shed thunders through Hajigarh station on HB Chord at almost its MPS!!! It turned out to be the show-stopper for the day, considering the fact that it was running through the Down Main Line.. Even Rajdhanis never do more than 105- 110 km/hr while running through this line.. Only the Reverse line, and the Up Main line is allocated for 130 km/hr blast.. Note the red-shirt bastard trying his level best to spoil my video. As per a document released by the Railway board, all the three rakes of POORVA will be LHB-fied under priority basis, which will allow this heritage train to run at 120- 130 km/hr. 12304 POORVA Express via Patna runs 4 days a week, and follows the New Delhi- Kanpur- Allahabad- Mughal Sarai- Danapur- Patna- Asansol- Burdwan- Howrah route. It gets a single WAP-4 for the whole journey. 12381 POORVA Express via Gaya, Varanasi runs 3 days a week, and follows the New Delhi- Kanpur- Allahabad- Varanasi- Mughal Sarai- Gaya- Dhanbad- Asansol- Burdwan- Howrah route.
