Ingredients Seasoning 3 Tablespoon (Frog bone all purpose and blackening seasoning) Yellow fin tuna Two medium size steaks Melted butter 3 Tablespoon Cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon Chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) Chopped bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs) Blackening seasoning 1 Teaspoon (Frog bone) All purpose seasoning 1 Teaspoon (Frog bone) Directions GETTING READY 1. Preheat the grill dome to 280 F. Place a chunk of apple wood for smoking. MAKING 2. Season the tuna steaks with frog bone seasoning. Place them on the deflector plates and let the tuna smoke for about 45 minutes. 3. Baste tuna steaks with butter. Flip and apply more butter to the other side. Let the tuna cook for 25 to 30 more minutes. 4. Pull the smoked tuna, add to it cream cheese, lemon juice, red onions, celery, bell pepper, blackening seasoning and all purpose seasoning. Mix it all together. SERVING 5. Serve the dip with crackers or freshly cut vegetables.
