Renekton vs. Wukong Top: Patch 8.13

I bought boots plus cloth after Wukong's first double, then finished tabi and picked up a tiamat after my first few kills. I then built a black cleaver and finished off with ravenous hydra. I've found that rushing a tiamat into a cleaver is great way to snowball hard into the mid game.
