Thursday September 25, 2025 - In the tropics, we are tracking a lot of activity. Gabrielle is still churning in the Atlantic and will continue to gradually weaken as it treks towards Europe, away from the United States. Humberto formed Wednesday in the western Atlantic. It is expected to become a hurricane this weekend and a possible major hurricane late this weekend into early next week. This is expected to stay out of the Gulf and head between the East Coast and Bermuda. The last area we are tracking is close to the Caribbean islands. It will likely become a tropical system as well heading into the weekend. It is also forecast to stay out of the Gulf and stay between the East Coast and Bermuda. No imminent threats here!
