We have some big updates coming for you guys very soon! We're also plugging away at the twin turbo Delorean and are going to get the DMC12 fired up and ripping on this channel shortly! But for now, we're introducing our newest project here at the shop. We're building a Twin Turbo LSX Chevelle! To start a project like this, we wanted a good foundation. So we called up our friends at Roadstershop and got a Spec Series Chassis. This roller came ready with brake lines, a complete rear end, and just about everything we need to drop our SS Chevelle body right on top! This plug and play chassis is going to cut down a lot of the time and stress of fabricating a chassis ourselves, like we dealth with making the one for the EV truck. As cool as this chassis is, it isn't even the best part of this build. We're plucking out the 454 big block that came stock in this all American muscle car and stuffing in an LSX straight from Chevy Performance. If that wasn't enough, we're putting on two Garrett mirror images turbos, because who doesn't love boost? We're tying all of our electrical components together with a Holley Dominator kit and Racepack control board. The exterior of this Chevelle is getting some flair with radiused wheel wells, a wider stance, and a tucked in front bumper to compliment the new paint job that we'll be laying down in future episodes! We're going to take this bright orange Chevelle and make it look mean, sound mean, and ready to eat up some tires.
