Here is the very elusive 1966 New England Garage screamer, bizarrely hidden away on the flipside of a rather ordinary piece country/rock yawn. The obscured original flipside "Out Of Sight Out Of Mind" is a totally different animal, from the prolific pens of Steve Dubokff and Doug Morris a New York creation presented to this one record only band from Boston Massachusetts. Plus a much edgier version of the "Limey's and The Yanks" Loma release put out a month later by Warner Bros. Plus for me the lead voice of Brian Haesaert carries far more attitude than even the heralded ""Bit A' Sweet" version released a year later. Proper snotty Boston Garage carrying so much more disrespect, for his girl than the two other versions mentioned above, featuring some accomplished but inflamed guitar work driving that dismissive curled up lip lead vocal. Rare, so seldom encountered as the September 1966 store copy. Condition Report clean a-side label, flipside label has initial P.M in marker (see images) A-side vinyl carries strong gloss vinyl revealing multiple soft surface hairlines, none of which even make a murmur on this high fidelity Laurie vinyl. Visually vg+ plays a clean excellent "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research.
