What’s up guys! With this session, I wanted to work reactions and cutback movements! From the early progressions, I had the group working on quick hip adjustments that they would normally see from a cutback or cross into the box. It was important to hone in on "no wasted movements" because that's what's most crucial as you're recovering back to your line to get set and face a close range shot! This session was designed for a group of 3, but could easily be manipulated to be for a group of 2, or even 4/5. That being said, let me know what you think of the session.
