Chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then squeeze out the extra liquid and apply to under-eye area. Place one on each eye and leave on for 15-30 minutes. • Cool two teaspoons in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes. Let them sit over your eyes for at least five minutes. • Place chilled cucumbers on your eyes. They have powerful antioxidants and flavonoids which help reduce irritations. You can also use chilled potato slices. • Sleep on your back with one or two pillows to prop your head up and improve circulation. • Use essential oils to combat under eye puffiness and dark circles. Mix an essential oil with coconut oil and rub it under your eyes. Best essential oils to use are rose geranium, fennel, lavender, German chamomile and rosemary. • Eye Creams: Origins: Ginzing “Refreshing eye cream to brighten and depuff” Tatcha: The Silk Peony Melting Eye Cream ********************************** Here are complementary eye shadow colors for different eye colors which can look gorgeous on your eyes: o Blue Eyes: Warm shades of neutral beiges and browns; terra-cotta shades and colors with a hint of orange; golds and deeper browns are great for evening; deep brown eyeliner can work well. o Green Eyes: Shades of purple and pink; burgundy, wine, plum, lilac, copper; deep purple or grey eyeliner can work well. o Hazel Eyes: Golden shades, warm bronzes and browns are lovely on hazel eyes. If you want to bring out greens and golds, try bronze or eggplant, periwinkle, light purple and pale pink; also dark blues, mauves, dark plum; purple or eggplant eyeliner can work well. o Brown Eyes: Brown eyes contain shades of orange and red, so midnight or navy blue, green and gold can work; also burgundy, violet, mulberry; eggplant, grey; deep midnight blue or navy eyeliner works well. o Grey Eyes: Shades of blue, green or brown; deep grey or blue eyeliner can be beautiful. o Dark Brown/Black Eyes: Bold shades like violet, cobalt or navy blue and silver or green.
