Sony is KILLING PlayStation with LIVE SERVICE GAMES?!

Sony had a disappointing showcase when you ask PlayStation fans. There was little to show for almost 2 years without a showcase. Almost no new reveals for first party Sony titles, and what was shown was largely CGI trailers that showed no gameplay. It was then revealed that the new iteration of the Last of Us Faction(known by the community as Factions 2), has had it's team scaled down and the project is being reassessed as something that Sony will put out at all after a visit from Bungie. Live service games being a huge part of their strategy coming up, having a prestigious studio such as Naughty Dog have trouble with a live service is somewhat concerning... Especially because it's looking like they might have no exclusives coming soon. Sony has had a rough time since Microsoft announced the Activision Blizzard merger, and it's not looking good right now. Is Sony in trouble?
