At the beginning, one buff is active (racial invisibility). The skills knockdown and feint are only used to quickly TAB-attack the aspects of akachi that spawn, once you beat the main body down to zero. The equipment is either found or crafted within the game - not even the best stuff, because I walked the good path (that means, no Eyes of the Coven or the Amulet of Betrayal). Normally the build would be hasted by Safiya and have 18 attacks per round, but since I played a female Deep Gnome I only got Gann in the dreamscape.
