Viqar Uddin and associates acquitted in one more case-MBT Demands Inquiry in Aalair Fake Encounter.
Syed Viquar Ahmed and associates exonerated in one more case: MBT demands Inquiry by sitting High Court Judge into foisting of false cases by Hyderabad Police on Syed Viqar Ahmed and his associates and their killing in a fake encounter at Aalair: Amjed Ullah Khan (Spokesman) MBT welcomed the Judgement of VIIth Add. MSJ in which Syed Viquar Ahmed and other associates has been acquitted. Today the Honble VIIth Addl. Metropolitan Secession Judge of Nampally Criminal Court has pronounced an historic judgement in S.C. No: 440 of 2011 well known as “Viquar Ahmed Malakpet E-Seva Robbery Case” happened on 16th Jan 2003 under Chaderghat Police Station limits. The case was registered by Chaderghat Police and later was transferred to Special investigation Team (SIT) of Hyderabad Police. The case of Syed Omer Shameem (A-2) and Vinod Kumar Sahu (A-3) has been ended with acquittal and the case of other accused Syed Viquar Ahmed (A-1), Syed Amjed Ali, Mohd Zakir, Mohd Haneef and Izhar Khan was closed as they were killed in a fake encounter at Aalair while being brought to Nampally Criminal Court to attend trail of the cases from Warangal Jail on 7th May 2017. The brief facts of the case as per the case of the prosecution is that a case of criminal conspiracy to wage war against the Government of India in which (A-1) Viquar Ahmed in association with (A-2) Syed Omer Shameem entered into criminal conspiracy and in order to collect funds and to fulfil their tasks, purchased Air guns from Mahroof Armoury, Mozamjahi Market, Hyderabad and went to E-Seva Centre , near Yashoda Hospital Malakpet on Scooter number AP 11E 7759 pertaining to A-1 Committed Robbery of Rs 2,68,574/- in E-Seva Centre, Malakpet on 16-01-2003 by threatening the E- Seva staff on the point of air guns and with that robbed amount (A-1) Viquar Ahmed purchased one Bajaj Chetek Scooter AP1 D7546 from ramkote Hyderabad and gave it to A-2 Syed Omer Shameem, then they went to Jhansi Uttar Pradesh along with A-4 Imran a native of Uttar Pradesh and resident of Azampura, Hyderabad and purchased one .315 single shot country made Katta weapon and 20 live rounds for Rs:10,000/- from A-3 Vinod Kumar Sahu of Jhansi. The offence falls in the limits of Chaderghat, Hyderabad. The court has examined around 20 prosecution witnesses, got marked 14 exhibits and 4 M.O. The successfully defence for A-2 was extended by Sri. Mohammed Rafath Ullah and defence for A-3 were successfully extended by Sri. Mohammed Asif Ali (Advocate) Charges: u/s 392,120(b), 121(A), 122 I.P.C, sec 25, 27 of Arms Act, sec 13(1)(a))b) 16,18,20 of un-lawful activities act 1967. Previously on 14th Sep 2016 the IInd Add. MSJ Judge Radha Krishna Murty acquitted Syed Viquar Ahmed and his associates in one more fake case foisted by Hyderabad Police as they were shown as accused of Killing of a Home Guard K Balaswamy on 17th May 2009 on the IInd Anniversary of Mecca Masjid Blast at Falaknuma, Hyderabad. The case was registered by Falaknuma Police Station. Syed Viquar Ahmed and associates were arrested by OCTOPUS and later the said case was also handed over to SIT Hyderabad Police. In one more case on 31st May 2017 the Honble VIIth Add. MSJ acquitted Viquar Ahmed and associates in more false case foisted by Hyderabad Police i.e. S.C.No: 475 of 2011 alleged accused in Killing of a Constable V Ramesh on 4th May 2010 at Volga Hotel road, Shalibanda. A case was registered by Shalibanda Police Station and later the case was transferred to SIT Hyderabad. Mr Amjed Ullah Khan said seeing the acquittal in all the cases foisted on Syed Viquar Ahmed and his associates and Killing of five Muslim Youths in a fake encounter at Aalair while they were under Judicial Custody shows that inspite of Telangana formation and TRS party coming to power the Anti-Muslim mindset of the State Police has not changed and even Sri K Chandrasekhar Rao claiming himself to be a Secular leader has totally failed to weed out RSS minded Police officers from the State police machinery. Mr Khan said inspite of two years passed the Aalair Encounter report has not been submitted to the State Govt. Mr Khan demanded an inquiry by a sitting High Court Judge in arrest and killing of Syed Viqar Ahmed and associates by Hyderabad Police immediately and dismissal of all Police officers involved in foisting of false cases and arresting of all Police officers involved in killing of five Muslim Youths in Aalair. Mr Khan questioned the silence of TRS Muslim leaders including Dy CM Mehmood Ali and Asad Uddin Owaisi (MP) and Akber Uddin Owaisi (MLA) of AIMIM party.
