Problem- Checking safety of Rectangular Column subjected to combined axial loading & biaxial bending

A short R.C column of M20 grade concrete 600 mm × 400 mm in section is reinforced with 8 bars of 28 mm dia. of Fe415 with an effective cover of 60mm (Reinforcement distributed on four sides). Check the safety of the column if it is subjected to ultimate axial load of 2000kN, ultimate B.M of M_u𝑥=350 kNm and an ultimate B.M of M_u𝑦=50 kNm
