In this episode, we fish inshore for red fish, catch red fish, clean red fish, then take the red fish filets to Flying Fish Bar & Grill on Wilmington Island and let them cook it for us. We also take out an older Carolina Skiff J16 that just had it's engine rebuilt, for it's maiden voyage since the engine was serviced. The skiff has been in the Perry family for 4 generations of fishing, crabbing, and shrimping in the low country.
