Witness say they heard around four shots fired outside one of the Park La Brea towers along the 300 block of South Burnside. Witnesses also say one man was taken away by ambulance. The victim’s condition is not known. A witness says he moved there a couple of years ago and is not happy with security... citing concerns over people coming in without being checked by security. It’s unclear what led to the shooting. There is a large police presence inside the gated community.
