#011 | The Smiling Sheriff - Henry County, Indiana Sheriff John M. Sproles | The Political Spotlight
This episode was VERY haphazardly thrown together... and for what it covers, it shouldn't be! And Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey apologies to everyone for that! This episode was supposed to be about something completely different, and this topic would have been covered in Ep #012... but Bilbrey and the audience has been waiting soooo long for the VIDEO FOOTAGE of the July 6th, 2023 "LESS LETHAL - USE OF FORCE INCIDENT" that took place in the Henry County, Indiana Jail. The Sheriff, John Sproles, was the person that was involved and there have been MANY other videos about this... as well as, other media coverage! Bilbrey BROKE the news of this incident way back when it first happened... and he continued to be the ONLY person talking about the fact that the Sheriff, John Sproles, shot and inmate, at point-blank-range, 4 times, with "less lethal - beanbag rounds"... because the inmate was kicking a door. NO ONE WAS IN DANGER (no other inmates & no other HCSD personnel in the area where the inmate was acting up). This is a long one... but make sure you finish it... it is VERY UPSETTING! And stay tuned... there is more to come on this (*as, there have been several other videos on this specific subject, as well as, Sheriff Sproles and other issues!) For anyone wanting to REDRESS the government after watching this horrible display... I ask that if you mention this broadcast you not be violent or threatening! You are free to act however you wish... it is perfectly understandable that this video would cause viewers to be angry and upset (it has everyone at 'The Political Spotlight' mad & upset) and they are expressing that anger and they are redressing the government! It is perfectly ok for any and all of you to express your feelings, as well! But remember... #1: chance are, the person you are speaking with IS NOT the Sheriff... and honestly, they are probably, decent & hardworking, as there are many law enforcement officers in New Castle and on the HCSD that do their jobs to the standard we all expect! #2: At a certain point, getting so mad... to the point of excessive cursing, being violent or threatening will only cause the person on the other end of all that to tune it out, to totally end the conversation &/or worse yet, it could land you, in legal trouble! So please, express yourself... let them know your thoughts and feelings... but fight smarter... not harder...
