Global Refugee Crisis: UN special summit due to begin in Geneva

The global refugee and migrant crisis will be addressed by a special U.N. summit in Geneva on Monday. One of the key areas of discussion will focus on the Mediterranean crisis. Almost 300-thousand migrants have reached Europe by sea this year alone with more than a third traveling the perilous Libya-to-Italy route. CCTV's Dan Williams reports from Sicily.
