Mamidikaya kobbari chutney is traditional Andhra Pradesh recipes. it is a mix of sweet and bitter Ingredients: 1.Raw Mango 1 2.Coconut(grated 1) 3.Thawing Nuts 4.Salt 5.Garlic and Red chillies 6.Green Chillies 10 Procedure: Take a mango and cut in to small pieces. Take a pan and add one table spoon oil, add green chillies and fry it on Medium flame. After chillies gets fried, bowl out and keep it separate Take mango pices and green chillies in to mixi jar and grind it until it turns to paste. add one table spoon salt while grinding. Take the same pan, add one table spoon oil. Add thawing nuts and add to fry. after that add garlic and red chillies, fry it until it turns to golden brown color. add mango and chilli paste to grated coconut and mix well. after that add thawing nuts to mango,coconut mix.
