On this occasion they were trading at the Vegan Life Live in London, but they are "street food troubadours" so if you want to know where they will be next, look out for messages of their schedule on their social media page. If you have any questions for them such as regarding their trading locations or you're planning a visit to especially taste some of the deliciousness seen in this video, then please do contact them ahead to make sure it's on the menu on the day that you visit, you can message then via their social media pages. Street food vendor Paul at 68 years old is truly inspirational by still working so hard on a stall at street markets. He mentioned that his wife is from Barbados and that Sister lives in Jamaica and is a Hindu and if I understand right he said that his Grandfather was Indian. So the food they make is inspired by a fusion of Indian, Jamaican, Carribbean and Barbadian cuisines. (This video was recorded on 2 separate days on 9th & 10th March 2019.
