Sniper 3d Assassin Shoot to Kill Schalltein Spec Ops Mission 2 Public Hanging

In this episode of Egbert's Walkthroughs, I am in the Sniper 3d Assassin Shoot to Kill and I'm going through the Schalltein Spec Ops Mission 2, Public Hanging. I still have my Steyr Scout and I haven't had to do any more upgrades on it. In the mission, we first need to shoot the rope, making sure to take a wind speed of 20 mph into account. We then take out the three bad guys.
