Subacromial Impingement is most common cause of shoulder pain.common cause of shoulder pain is due to Impingement 90% cases of shoulder pain due to Supraspinatus. Muscles of the shoulder complex work as team to produce coordinated motion,weakness of any muscles change normal kinematic chain of the joint. In Subacromial impingement scapular stabiliser has become weak and they do nt fire properly during movement. Following Exercises are explained in this video (1)shoulder flexion exercise on the high table,simultaneously add some flexion of neck and upper back for 15 times (2)Active assisted shoulder flexion with the help of unaffected hand for 10 times (3)Pendulum exercise 20 times clockwise,20 times anti-clockwise (4)shoulder shrugs(elevation) for 10 times with 5second hold 5()pectoral strech grasp your finger together &move back behind your neck and stretch for 5 times with 10 seconds hold (6)neck rotation 3 times each side with 10-15 seconds hold (7)lying down on bed and move your hand to the back side &touch the bed with finger aur palm for 10 times. These exercises has to be done in 3 repetitions. Start your exercises with hot packs &after exercises apply cold packs.
