Trigger warning - some flashing lights (they are slow) Welcome to the Cozy Hospital! You have come into our EEG testing department today by referral from your Neurologist. Your tech will measure you head and make marks on your scalp where she will then attach electrodes. Once you are hooked up to the monitor, she will do some testing with you before leaving you to nap for a while. Some of you know I've been going through some neuro stuff myself and I recently had to have an EEG. I found it to be very relaxing so decided to try and reenact it through ASMR (minus the having to hyperventilate for 3 min and the rapid flashing lights parts lmao). Hope you enjoy! 0:00 Intro 0:10 Visit starts, getting your history 3:06 Measuring your head and drawing on your scalp 10:09 Sticking electrodes onto your head 17:59 Penlight exam; swing test, follow the light 21:05 Flashing lights to assess any seizure activity 23:40 Breathing exercises 27:14 Testing your sense of touch 28:29 Blink to Threat test 30:25 Preparing you before you nap Links: ⭐ Spotify: https://sptfy.com/OZ57 ⭐ Apple Music: https://apple.co/44H5khL ⭐ Other alt listening platforms: https://ffm.to/thecozyhospital ⭐️ Instagram: @thecozyhospital ⭐ Facebook: / thecozyhospital Please be aware that this video is a roleplay intended for entertainment, relaxation, sleep aid and ASMR purposes. Many of the procedures are altered for ASMR purposes and because I'm not filming in an actual medical facility. (Some of them are completely fictional they just involve neat sounds.) Please consult your doctor or a reputable health care source if you have any health questions or concerns. ______________ What is ASMR? ASMR is a tingling sensation often felt on the scalp, neck, shoulders and back, although you may feel tingles in other places as well! ASMR is triggered by different types of stimuli. It can be personal attention, gentle touch, hand movements, crinkling, tapping sounds... there are lots of different types of ASMR triggers and everyone is different when it comes to what triggers their ASMR!
