In saute pan, bring water to a simmer. 2. Season salmon and broccolini with salt and arrange in steamer tray. Place steamer over pan and cover. Cook 6 minutes, or until broccolini is crisp-tender and bright green and salmon is just cooked through but still slightly rosy in center. 3. Meanwhile, in small serving bowl, whisk soy sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil. Using fine grater, grate ginger into soy mixture. 4. Arrange salmon and broccolini on plate or serving bowl.
