Tomoto Fry :- Tomato - 4m Onion - 1 small Pepper - 1tsp Jeeragam - 1/2tsp Sombu-1 tsp Coconut - 1 piece Garlic - 7 no (small) Oil - 2tabsp Turmeric - 1/2tsp Chilli powder - 1tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/2tsp Salt - to taste Curry leaves - few For Tempering :- Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp Sombu-1/2tsp Chop the Tomatoes Grind onion, garlic, coconut, pepper, jeeragam and sombu Temper mustard and jeeragam and add chopped tomoto and saute until tomatoes cooked and add dry ingredients and stir until raw smell goes add curry leaves and fry until oil separate
