20 Minute Dumbbell AMRAP Workout \\ Follow Along

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP). This is a 20 minute dumbbell workout. The AMRAP is just the icing on the cake. This workout is made up of eight exercises. Most of the exercises require a dumbbell or two. Each set of exercises is performed for 10 repetitions before we move onto the next set of exercises. As this workout is an AMPRAP workout there are no break between the exercises. Simply complete 10 repetitions and move on to the next exercise. This style of workouts is a great way to boost ones metabolism, strength and endurance in a very short period of time. Thank you for participating today.
