3D Food printing: Fresh and healthy food solution for dysphagia patients

A presentation by Peter Nieuwkerk, Gastronology at the 2021 edition of the 3D Food Printing Conference. Gastronology develops 3D food recipes, 3D food designs and 3D food printing technique for target groups dysphagia patients, children in age 4 to 12 and oncology patients. Early 2022, Gastronology will have an industrial 3d food printing solution ready with a capacity of 2,000 gram per minute. In 2021, several consumer trials have been executed to optimize 3d food recipes.
