Do not sit for endless hours staring at your books. Pomodoro works. We are doing 3 hours focused study, in 25 minute intervals followed by a 5 minute break. Study sessions and short structured breaks (no social media scrolling in breaks). This study strategy is tested and tried by experts. Your brain and body needs an off time. RULES: 5 minute break rules. 1- Use a Timer! 2- Do not scroll social media in break time. It is hard to go back to study mode. 3- During Break: Be active! Go socialize with family, call friends, dance!.. Have a little bit of fun. 4- Go back after break to do the second 25 minute study session. Repeat. 5- Recommended: When study session is up that you be very active.
