BEADED WIND CHIMES | WALL HANGING | ART WITH CREATIVITY

Hello friends, It’s weekend. Myself and my kids spent a good 2 hours to make this beaded wind chimes. So, let me tell you what inspired me to do this one. During the Christmas holidays we visited around 2-3 Christmas markets. In one of the store we found wind chimes made with broken glass pieces. It’s pretty at the same time bit expensive too. If you have been following my page for quite some time then you would know that my kids made bracelets and hairbands with beads some time back and even gifted some for their teachers too. So, I took that idea for inspiration but used things that are already there at my home and used beads instead of broken glass. So, here it is. We raided the park yesterday to find a stick 😉. I spray painted it with golden paint. This is optional. If you chose leave it as it is to have rustic look. To this we added beads and secured the ends. That’s it easy peesy na. Now it hangs high in my hall. This activity helped my kids to work as team, to make their own selection of beads, better hand motor movement skills for young ones and many more. Though we follow strict zero screen time, activities like this make my kids earn points for which they will get a kids movie for every 2 weeks where we all watch the movie together.
