Obama Meets Abbas: West Bank diplomacy during US President's Israel visit

US President Barack Obama is meeting with Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas in the West Bank on the second day of his 3-day tour of the region. Sirens sounded in the cities of Sderot and Sha'ar Hanegev as rockets hit with 1 rocket landing in a residential courtyard and the other landing in an open field.
