Greece Floods: Flash floods kill at least 15

The Greek Prime Minister, Alexis Tsipras, has declared a period of national mourning after flash floods killed 15 people. Another 37 people were taken to the hospital and hundreds of homes have been destroyed. Caitlin McGee reports.
