These Keto Friendly Low Carb mini burgers were super easy to make and came out great. After 8 straight weeks of averaging 12 correct picks, we came back down to earth the last 2 weeks. Ingredients 1 lb ground beef 1 cup romaine lettuce 10-12 pickle slices 1 jalapeno 6-8 grape tomatoes 3 slices of pepper jack cheese salt pepper Directions Shape the burger patties into mini patties about the shape of a golf ball and season with salt and pepper. Place burgers in a heavy bottom skillet and cook for 2 minutes on one side then flip and cook for an additional 90 sec-2 mins on the other side. Remove from the skillet once they have reached your desired internal temperature. Chop the additional toppings that you would like to add to your burger. We used pepper jack cheese, romaine lettuce, pickle slices, jalapenos, and grape tomatoes.
