Named after the thread (dore) carefully wrapped around thin, smashed piece of mutton, this kebab is grilled slowly on a seekh over hot coal. unlike the usual minced kebabs, here you get tender chunks of meat that melt in your mouth.with every bite. The marinate is special too— raw papaya galawat, curd, Garam masala, green chilli paste, red chilli powder and a secret touch of malai that makes every bite melt like magic. We usually make this in winter's. when family and friends gather at the haveli and the smokey aroma fills the air.
