DKC Shifter Pre-final Horribly WET and 42 degrees Garrett R.

First time ever at Dallas Karting Complex and it has to be extremely wet and 42 degrees. Started 3rd and got up to first due to others spinning but then throttle cable got stuck half way open causing a spin and then not letting the kart turn back on. (the reason I could not get my glove on at the beginning was because my hands were wet, cold, and numb).
