Leonard Bernstein - "Somewhere" from West Side Story - Cello Orchestra Arrangement

"Somewhere" is one of the most famous songs from the 1957 musical West Side Story, with music by Leonard Bernstein and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim. The musical is a 1950s NYC version of the tale of Romeo and Juliet, and this particular song happens as a duet between the two main characters (Maria and Tony) in which they express hope for eventually being able to be together in peace. I've actually played a version of this song before in an orchestral setting, but I wanted the melody so I decided to transcribe it for a large cello ensemble!
