Watch: Kevin McCarthy Falls Short In First House Speaker Vote

GOP leader Rep. Kevin McCarthy lost the first round of voting to elect the new House speaker Tuesday. McCarthy received 203 votes, 15 votes short of the 218 needed. It's the first time in a century a candidate didn't win a vote for speaker in the first round. Another vote for speaker will take place.
