Late Night veteran Arsenio Hall is returning to TV with his own CBS talk show in 2013. Hall made a name for himself 20 years ago as the only black host in late night television. Hall attempted a comeback in 1997 with his TV show Arsenio and hosted a revival of "Star Search" in 2003.
