Lord, Go Before Me Today and Guide Every Step I Take - A Short Morning Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for the gift of this new day. As I rise, I lift my heart to You in gratitude for the breath in my lungs, the warmth of a new morning, and the promise of Your presence with me. Please go before me today and guide every step I take. Fill my mind with peace, my heart with joy, and my spirit with strength. Help me to walk in kindness, speak with wisdom, and serve with love. May I reflect Your grace in all I do. Lord, I surrender my plans to You. Lead me according to Your will. Open doors that are meant for me and close those that are not. Give me discernment to recognize Your direction and the courage to follow it. Bless my family and friends—protect them, provide for them, and surround them with Your peace. Use me today to be a source of light and encouragement to those around me. Thank You for being faithful, for loving me unconditionally, and for renewing me each morning. I place this day in Your hands. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
