Swanage Railway - Autumn Steam Gala - Saturday 12th October 2019

The Swanage Railway took on a loose Southern Standards theme for their Autumn Steam Gala. That being said, of the six locos in action during the event, only two were BR Standards. One of the Standards was the sole guest loco, 5MT No 73156 from the Great Central Railway, which starred alongside five locos from the home fleet. The weather on the Saturday was damp and dreary, with no real sign of let up during the day.
