Ingredients: Tempeh 500gms 3-4 garlic cloves 2 cups broccoli florets 2 cups carrots sliced 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp sesame seeds 1/4 cup vegetable stock 1/3 cup soy sauce salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup olive oil 1tsp apple cider vinegar 1/2 tsp corn flour 1tsp chilli sauce Method: 1. Cut the tempeh into 2cm thick strips 2. Steam it for 10 mins and keep aside. 3. In a bowl whisk vegetable stock,1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of garlic chopped, salt and pepper as per taste. Marinate the tempeh in this mixture and keep aside for 1/2 an hour. 4. Heat pan add 1 tbsp of oil, add in chopped garlic 1tbsp salt and pepper to taste and toss the veges in it. Remove and keep aside. 5. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a hot pan. Add the tempeh to pan and fry it 4 minutes on each side. 6. In a bowl, add in remaining soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, corn flour, honey, remaining garlic and chilli sauce. 7. Pour this mixture over the tempeh and cook for another 1 minute. 8.
