She wants to get into the Scorpion Factory, the Panteros headquarters, while Sergio is out on a collection run. Next, we meet Neenah in front of Freckle Bitch's in Mercado. Her plan is to blow up all Los Panteros' vehicles and the factory. We suggest taking them out from above, so we steal an assault helicopter to shoot down any target. After taking them all out, we land on the roof and enter the building through a vent. Inside, we take out more attackers and their vehicles, and then move on to find the Forge. We both realize there are more Los Panteros members inside the building than expected. Inside the Forge, we must shoot down all enemies and then go to the control room to use the crane. Neenah stays in the control room while we keep more Los Panteros members at bay and reactivate the power supply if necessary. After defeating the stronger goons, Neenah uses the crane to load some explosive tanks onto Sergio's Monster Truck. She then drives the truck into the Forge and jumps off just in time. After that, we leave the building, finding a getaway car.
