In the middle of Biggleswade Academy, behind the buildings, there is a little area of wilderness, bushes, trees and long grass. There is a little pond in the middle of the undergrowth which attracts a wide variety of visitors. I set up my trail camera every night for a week and this is just a little of what I caught on film :-) Over the years, I've found some rare 'birds nest fungi', puffballs and other varieties of fungi. We have frogs and newts lay spawn in the tiny pond; hedgehogs, mice, squirrels and lots of birds visit the pond to drink and bathe. We also have a cat exploring at night.
