Pickup Truck vs Semi Crash - Delivery Men Nearly Killed Unloading Supplies At Starbucks In Miami. At around 5am this Saturday morning, two men were unloading supplies at the Starbucks located at 6320 Biscayne Blvd, City of Miami, Florida, USA from the back of an 18-wheeler refrigerated truck. As they brought a load of supplies into the store, a pickup truck slammed into the back of the truck squishing supplies and a hand truck that were sitting on the ramp that had been left in the lowered position. The man driving the pickup truck was not injured, however, if he had crashed a few minutes earlier before the men lowered the ramp to bring supplies inside the Starbucks, it would have been much worse and he likely would have been decapitated. The man who was driving the pickup truck did not want to speak on camera. I have a shot of him sitting on a bench in front of the Starbucks. He told me off-camera that he tried to get over to the other lane but there was a vehicle there and he couldn't change lanes on time. He did not seem intoxicated to me, however, I don't know for sure that he was not. In this video, you will see the active scene with City of Miami Police blocking the road, the damaged supplies and hand-truck, hear and interview in Spanish with both men and a little English with one of them.
