'It's been a difficult 24 hours' said Chelsea interim coach, Bruno Saltor on Monday, a day after the club announced the sacking of Graham Potter. Potter was relieved of his duties following a 2-0 home defeat to Aston Villa on Saturday, after less than seven months in the job. Despite his lack of results in the Premier League, Potter did secure a spot in the semi-finals of the Champions League where Chelsea will face Real Madrid on 12th April. Saltor revealed that Chairman, Todd Bohely, and the rest of the board at Stamford Bridge have been "very supportive" but did not share any news on how long he would be in the job at Chelsea.
