We hear about it through the news. We hear about it through social media. We hear about it even in Christian media. We hear about it from our friends. But it is vital not to allow fear to reign in our lives. What is your mental diet? Are you feeding on fear? Or are you feeding on the word, you see, each one of us has their own personal choice, we can feed that fear, we can feed that anxiety, we can feed that stress, with our own thoughts, and looking at the news and seeing what's around us. Or we can feed on God's truth and what God's truth or His Word says about it. So we have to look at what we have been both consciously and unconsciously thinking about. Now Psalm 91, covers all area of the trauma dilemma, problems that we could possibly encounter. They are all covered under the secret place of the Most High when we are under the shadow of the Almighty. Jesus was crucified at nine in the morning, and he had between life and death on that cross for six hours until he died at three in the afternoon. And then he said his last words it is finished. He had completed the eternal, ultimate sacrifice for us, and that this point fulfilled both the morning and evening sacrifices in Hebrews 1011 and 12 Have. Now here's the drumroll. Jesus became the final sacrifice. He is our priest. And the priest work was done when that spinal sacrifice was made, and he no longer had to stand hit, it was finished. So when we dwell in that secret place, it's dwelling in the knowledge of that place of safety, and security, and peace, not in turmoil and fear and doubt, and discouragement. We are, we are seated at rest because of what Christ did for us. And we can live fear free as a result. read Psalms 91. There are so many areas there, including the plague that know plague and come now your dwelling when you understand that you are seated and at rest because of what Christ did for you. Well, you don't have to be concerned, we're in the middle of a sleep disorder or some kind of sickness or financial situation, or the plague that tries to attack from whatever direction but we discover what God has promised us in His Word, and that we are free from that. And his bond to us. His strong protection over us in for us covers every area of our lives. This is what we can thank God every morning when we awake, that we have a day of protection in front of us. We have nothing to fear, for we are dwelling in the secret place of the Almighty.
