Mango Jam Recipe in English: Ingredients: -Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2-3 large -Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup -Pani (Water) ¼ Cup -Lemon zest 1 tsp -Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs Directions: -In blender,add mangoes and blend until pureed & set aside. -In saucepan,add sugar,water and mix well on low flame until sugar dissolves (don’t cover cook the mixture). -Add mango puree and mix well. -Add lemon zest,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. -Add lemon juice and mix well until thickens (approx. 15 minutes) and check by plate technique method. -Let it cool and store in a dry & clean airtight jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
