​Lots of people have a bottle of balsamic vinegar in the cupboard. In our family no salad is ever dressed without it, however some people don’t quite have the same enthusiasm for the product, and so this crumble helps you out. Giving that sweet / sour flavour to your berries, we now use balsamic vinegar whenever we make crumble, and have never looked back.
