I learned the guitar part to this song and would sing it at coffee shops around the LA area back in the early 2000s. Whenever I would do Savage Garden, I always got the best reactions. I'd play an open mic of around 5-6 songs and most of the time no one would pay much attention, but once I started singing "Crash & Burn" or "I Knew I Loved You," people would stop and watch. Even the baristas would stop working and watch me lol! I'm hoping for a similar response here hahaha! I hope you guys like it, although I opted not to do the guitars this time around.
